Domestic (UAE) Shipping:

  • Dubai Deliveries:
    • Same-day delivery for orders placed before 03:00 PM (excluding Fridays & public holidays)
    • Next-day delivery for orders placed after 03:00 PM
  • Other Emirates:
    • Standard delivery within 1–2 business days

International Shipping:

  • We ship worldwide via Aramex. Delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
